Purpose: We provide free education for the Adults who are illiterate and belonging to weaker and poor section of the society. The purpose is so that these adults would learn to read and write. We conduct Adult Literacy Programme in several villages around Nagpur, India and many people have been benefitted from this programme.

During this programme they learnt from the text book “Jivan Jyothi”. During this time we also kept annual examination to examine their development to read and write. We also provided them with results. Those who got highest marks we gave them prizes to encourage them. We also advised them to keep on continuing to read and write even after their programme was completed.

At Dhaba Colony we had 6 women attending this programme at Sainagar. Through this programme these women who did not know how to read and write because of illiteracy learnt to read as well as write.
